Admission Enquiry
Parents can visit the school administration office for an offline admission enquiry .We provide the right tools to deal with walk-in or call-in enquiries and also collate all these enquiries in our centralized student admission application so that no prospective parent is missed out. Alternatively parents may also download the registration form online by clicking the website of DIPS.Registration form
Parents have to complete a registration form and pay a registration fee.Kindly carry one latest passport size photo of the child.Note:
- Registration forms are available in School.
- Registration doesn’t guarantee Admission.
Form submission
Candidates who are offered admission must avail of the offer within seven days of the School having made such an offer. By paying the necessary admission dues, as defined in the current year’s Fee Structure and returning duly signed the Indemnity Agreement (on Judicial Stamp Paper), and the student’s medical history form, failing to which the offer of admission will lapse.
In such a case, the school will be entitled to offer the place to another candidate in order of merit /position on the waiting list.
On full payment of the admission dues and submission of the above documents, the candidate will be allotted an admission number and placed on the School rolls.
Once admitted, the candidate will be subject to all rules and regulations of the school .Admission dues once paid will not under any circumstances be refundable. However, the Principal is entitled at his /her discretion in extraordinary circumstances to refund tuition fees only on compassionate grounds.
School visit
Parents can visit the school in order to determine their compatibility with that of the School .They can interact with Head of the School and collect information they require.

Pre-Primary
- Attested Photocopy of birth certificate.
- Photo copy of Aadhar card.
- 4 passport size photos of the child.
- 2 passport size photos of parents.
Class I Onwards
- Attested Photocopy of birth certificate.
- Photo copy of Aadhar Card.
- 4 passport size photos of the child.
- 2 passport size photos of parents
- Original Transfer certificate from the previous school.
- Report card of previous year.
Withdrawals
Parents intending to withdraw their child from the school must tender, in writing at least one clear month’s notice, in lieu of which the School will be entitled to one month’s tuition fees, entirely at the discretion of the Principal. Those who leave in May must in all cases pay the fees for the month of June.
Disputes
Any disputes or claims of any nature whatsoever will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dehradun Courts alone.
